All Seasons was purchased by Bob and Katie Jenkins from James Johnson in 1992. Mr. Johnson had operated the business as a one man operation working mainly on small commercial refrigeration equipment for eleven years.

Bob and Katie worked All Seasons from their home until they moved into a facility on Scott Street . The business grew and employees were added. The company became more versatile adding residential comfort systems. All Seasons became a dealer for Trane heating and cooling equipment in 1997 while still devoting a lot of time repairing, servicing and installing commercial refrigeration equipment.

All Seasons purchased a lot on Old Hickory Blvd. in August 2000 and built a new office and shop. The new facility gave us the space for a sheet metal shop and we began to fabricate our own custom duct work for both commercial and residential heating and cooling systems.
